Pets are groomed immediately upon arrival, most breeds are finished in 1-1.5 hrs. No pets are placed in a cage for drying or waiting. The salon is "cage free" but not "leash free." Every pet is secure in the hands of a team member at all times, no roaming or mingling. We only groom one pet at a time.
