The Maintenance Supervisor s office is operated by the public works department of Allegany County, N.Y. The county government manages the offices of the county clerk, as well as maintains emergency services and health departments. It operates a fire service department that provides fire suppression and public education services. The county government manages police, human resource, budgeting, tourism and social services departments. It also maintains treasurer, real property tax and employment and training departments. The county government features more than 15 school districts that include Belfast Central School and Whitesville Central School.
