America Press is the publisher of a weekly Catholic magazine named America. It is a nonprofit and tax-exempt corporation, founded in 1909, by the Jesuits of United States. The magazine has various sections including book, music and film stores and poetry. America Press is also the sponsor of the Catholic Book Club that selects one book a month for its club. The board of America Press includes the 10 Jesuit provincials and the president of the Jesuit Conference in the United States. The magazine is a member of the Catholic Press Association.
