Department of Technology Services, also known as DTS, is responsible for the delivery of government information and services through the use of mobile Technology. The department operates through application services, infrastructure and network services and technology investment, planning and solutions divisions. It also provides data management services. Department of Technology Services is a part of the Arlington County of Virginia. The county manages fire, police, management and finance, human services, human resources, community planning, housing and development and environment services departments. It also maintains several libraries that feature a variety of books, reference materials and newsletters.
