The Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center has served area residents for more than 35 years. Prior to 1975, the building and grounds were the site of Glenville Grammar School. The center was recently renovated to include a fitness center with a weight room and gymnasium, a computer lab, café, thrift shop and numerous multipurpose studio spaces. Many community groups and educational programs, including the Children's Day School, operate at the center. There are two paddle tennis courts (lit), a ballfield and a playground with picnic area.
