Now in its fifth generation of family members working in the construction industry, Bennett Builders is one of the premier, award-winning construction companies in the area. Having worked part-time as a teenager in the plumbing contracting business of his father and grandfather, Neil Bennett loved the construction business. He started working as a carpenter while attending college part-time, doing some small remodeling jobs along the way. In 1950, he decided to branch off on his own, starting up his own carpentry and remodeling business, and as they say, the rest is history. Over time, Neil expanded his business, moving from remodeling work to new home construction. Since then, the company has expanded into land development, multi family residential construction, commercial construction, and property management. Its heart and soul still remains the custom home building business. We can count many satisfied clients spread throughout over 50 cities in the Greater Cleveland area that we have built in over the years. Today, Neil still oversees the company operations, but insists on personally visiting every job site on an almost daily basis, making sure the quality of our product is foremost.
