The Carroll County Bureau of Development Review is the lead agency in the review of all residential, commercial and industrial plans. This office processes and tracks development plans from submittal through approval. The Bureau works with the Planning Commission on proposed subdivisions of land and site developments. There is a monthly meetingof the Subdivision Advisory Committee that is open to the publicattended by all review agencies, the developer and the project engineer for input from any interested party.
