Located in Ithaca, N.Y., Challenge is a private, nonprofit agency that provides employment services to individuals and employers. Established in 1968, Challenge serves individuals with employment barriers, such as individuals with disabilities, low educational and skill levels, economic barriers, and lack of social and communication, basic technological and job seeking skills.
