Circle K Stores Inc. is one of the premier operators of company-owned convenience stores in the United States. Established in 1951, it entered international market signing a franchise agreement with Uny Corp. in Japan in 1979. The store has built a global retailing system and has its chain stores in over 4,000 international locations. There are over 3,700 franchised Circle K stores in U.S. territory of Guam and six other countries, including Japan, Greater China, Indonesia, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mexico and United Arab Emirates.
