The Courtland Manor is a family-owned, 75-bed nursing facility. It was founded in 1986 and is located in Dover, Del. Its full-service care facility includes private and semiprivate rooms, dining hall, lounges, beauty salon, respite care department and an arts and crafts center. The center offers podiatry, dental, laboratory, X-ray and electrocardiogram services. It also provides services of physical and occupational therapists to its residents. It offers a variety of programs that includes movies, bingo, religious services and special holiday festivities.
