Dr. Samuel S. Berros outstanding credentials combined with his genuine concern for the well-being of his patients and his dedication to orthodontics make him an exceptional doctor. Dr. Berro received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of California, Los Angeles, and his Orthodontic Specialty degree from the University of California, San Francisco. In addition, Dr. Berro is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an accomplishment attained by less than 35% of orthodontists nationwide. Dr. Berro is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontics, American Board of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the California Association of Orthodontists and the California Dental Association. He also regularly attends professional meetings and continuing education courses to stay on the cutting edge of orthodontics. Dr. Berro was born and grew up in Long Beach. He has been providing outstanding orthodontic care for children, teens and adults in Long Beach, Los Alamitos and Chino Hills for 30 years. He has boy/girl twins who recently graduated college - his son from UCLA and his daughter from USC. In his free time he enjoys learning to play the piano and many sports including surfing, windsurfing, cycling and jogging.
