Evergreen Court is an affordable independent- and assisted-living communityowned by Downtown Action to Save Housing. One- and two-bedroom apartments are available for independent-living residents. Assisted-living residents can opt for an individual service plan and pay for only the services they require. A licensed nurse is available 24 hours a day. Meals are prepared by a chef and served in the court's dining room.
