Located in Fayetteville, Ark., some of the company-owned stores market and distribute fuel under the CITGO, Shell, Phillips and Conoco brands. Flash Market Inc. also introduced Flash Card fleet fueling program in 2004 that provides its customers with a secure, convenient and flexible system to manage their fuel purchases.
