The Hoboken Municipal Court is located on the first floor of the City Hall building at Washington Street. The Municipal Court is in session Tuesday through Thursday beginning at 9am. Night court is held on Tuesdays beginning at 6pm. Payment windows are available and open on weekdays from 8am until 4pm. On Tuesday, the windows stay open until 9pm.
