Homewise is a full service organization for the homebuyer and homeowner, providing financial and homebuyer education classes, individual financial and home buyer counseling, mortgage and home improvement lending, in-house real estate agents and a qualifying broker, real estate development of new homes, and home improvement services for individuals and families who own their home. A nonprofit 501(c)(3), Homewise is the only Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) serving eight northern counties of New Mexico (Santa Fe, Taos, Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Sandoval and Colfax).
