Founded in 1877, Huron County Medical Care Facility is a nonprofit, 110-plus-bed skilled nursing center that offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. The center provides services for senior citizens. It also offers food services. The Huron County Medical Care Facility provides ongoing programs of activities to meet the physical, mental and psychological well-being of individuals. It is operated by the Huron County Family Independence Agency Board.
