We are an accredited member of both the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and holding additional certifications for Deck, Garage and First-time Buyers from InterNACHI. Joe the Home Pro is owned and operated by Joe Nugent. Originally from Ohio, Joe attended Xavier University and has worked in the hospitality and service industry for his entire professional career. Joe was inspired to launch his company after hearing stories about people who were taken advantage of by unscrupulous service providers. He believes in treating people fairly and providing value in everything he does.
