Beth A. McDaniel is the principal of the Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, in Renton, with a satellite office in Bellevue. Beth was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1995.Beth limits her practice to areas associated with estate planning including wills and trusts, disability planning, guardianship, elder law, and probate. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and continuing legal education programs. Beth is the 2006 outstanding member of the year of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorney and in 2005 was named a "Rising Star" by "Washington Law and Politics" magazine.Beth is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce, First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue, and Professional Womens Fellowship. She is the immediate past chair of the King County Bar Association Elder Law and Guardianship Section.
