McMillan Magnet Center is a middle school that offers unique opportunities in mathematics, engineering, communication arts and technology to students in grades seven and eight. It also offers a gifted and talented education program that is designed for students who wish to be challenged through academic competitions, honors courses, and special activities and opportunities. McMillan Magnet Center provides opportunities to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities, including book blasters, bridge and chess clubs, geography bee, spelling bee, industrial technology competitions, instrumental ensembles, knowledge bowl and think tank. It offers a range of athletic activities, such as basketball, swimming and wrestling. McMillan Magnet Center is a part of Omaha Public Schools and is located in Omaha, Neb.
