Meadowview Middle School, located in Sparta, Wis., offers classes to students in grades six through eight. It has a special education department that provides a variety of psychological counseling programs. The school also offers an alternative program for students with physical, mental and learning disabilities. The program includes core academic classes, physical education and elective courses. The school has a number of students clubs, including arts, chess, music and athletics club, and student council. Meadowview Middle School is operated by the Sparta Area School District, which has a student enrollment of more than 2,000. The school district comprises five elementary schools, an intermediate school, a middle school, and a high school.
