Through this funding, Dr. Mudgil conducted nationally recognized research on skin cancer. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, where he served as chief resident. He went on to complete a fellowship at the prestigious Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York City.
