For more than 20 years, Health Care Group has provided care and service for seniors and their families. Health Care Group was formed in 1981 to manage and direct the operations of its various retirement communities, and Alzheimer s disease care and skilled nursing facilities. A San Diego-based corporation, Health Care Group manages more than eight senior housing and care facilities that provide over 1,700 accommodations, and employ in excess of 1,200 people.
