Frontier Aluminum is a leading producer, finisher and fabricator of aluminum extrusions. Independently owned and operated, it has an annual production capacity of over 48 million pounds. The company offers extrusions and a wide range of other services, including engineering and design assistance. Frontier Aluminum encompasses two locations with more than 140,000 square feet under roof. It has three extrusion presses, a horizontal paint line and a fabrication and thermal break department. With three different extrusion presses, Frontier Aluminum can run shapes up to a nine-inch circle size with weight per foot ranges from .090 to over 7 pounds per foot. Precision cutting and fabrication are the newest offerings at Frontier Aluminum. Thermally improved extrusions using Azon 207 resins for residential and commercial applications are also available.
