The Marietta Municipal Court handles all court cases involving violations of local ordinances or traffic citations issued by either the Marietta Police Department or Georgia State Patrol within the city limits of Marietta.
The court also serves as a payment center for those who waive their right to trial and wish to pay the fines. Payment can also be made online or by mail. Instructions are available at the court's website.
