The town of Safety Harbor operates two community and recreation facilities: The Safety Harbor Community Center and the Rigsby Recreation Center. The former hosts activities such as the Healthy Harbor Fit Club, which includes Zumba, yoga and other fitness classes for residents ages 15 and older; P90X fitness classes for adults; woodcarving classes; and Rokkball, a high-energy children's game. The facility features a basketball court, a game room and a multipurpose room, all of which can be rentedl for private functions. Residents from Oldsmar, Tarpon Springs and Dunedin can also use the facilities.
