Housed in suite 260 of the Chester County Government Services Building, the Chester County Water Resources Authority is responsible for maintaining and protecting the county's water supply. It uses basic science, analyses and planning to preserve and protect water resources and watershed systems. It is also responsible for protecting these resources while planning for growth. Janet L. Bowers is the director of the water authority.
