The Centennial Education Center provides a variety of continuing education courses, such as adult basic education, citizenship, English as a Second Language and vocational training. It is a part of the Rancho Santiago Community College District, which operates colleges and continuing education centers throughout the Central Orange County in California. It serves more than 700,000 residents in the communities of Anaheim Hills, Garden Grove, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin and Villa Park in California. The district enrolls over 54,000 individuals. The Rancho Santiago Community College District provides associate degrees and certificates. In addition, it offers economic development and workforce improvement programs.
