My goal is to provide comprehensive urologic care with compassion, up-to-date information and honesty. You will receive the attention and expertise for the successful treatment and understanding of your problem. I have been practicing urology for more than 30 years and bring that experience, urologic information and sound judgment when caring for you. I see patients weekly in Queens with kidney, bladder, prostate and male sexual organ problems. Also, I care for patients with urinary conditions such as incontinence and overactive bladder. Dr. Edward Moss was awarded his MD from New York Medical College in 1976. He has been a board certified Urologist since 1983. He was a fellow of the American College of Surgeons from 1983 to 2010 and a member of the American Urologic Association from 1981-2000.Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Moss was a urologist for the United States Army and was in private practice.

A pioneer in his field, Jules Garbus, MD, FACS, FASCRS, provides the most up-to-date colorectal diagnostic testing and treatment solutions. He welcomes new and existing patients to his private practice, Jules Garbus MD PC, which boasts locations in Forest Hills, Queens and Garden City, New York. Dr. Garbus earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, where he was a distinguished member of the Alpha Omega Medical Honor Society. He went on to complete his internship and residency training in general surgery at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. To further his expertise, Dr. Garbus finished a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida. Dr. Garbus is currently double board-certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He’s also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a fellow of the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons. Dr. Garbus holds academic faculty appointments at the State University of New York Stony Brook Medicine and the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in Hempstead, New York. He stays actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Garbus regularly participates in APS research studies. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of surgical techniques, Dr. Garbus performs advanced robotic colon and rectal procedures with the da Vinci® platform. He also established Long Island’s first comprehensive anorectal physiology lab and performs anorectal manometry, electromyography, pudendal nerve studies, and endorectal ultrasound.  Dr. Garbus is highly regarded for his expertise in female pelvic reconstructive surgery. He’s been recognized in Strathmore’s “Who’s Who” for his many accomplishments and proficient surgical skills. Dr. Jeremy Wiygul, originally hailing from Texas, completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees within Texas prior to completing his residency in Urology in Durham, NC at Duke University Medical Center. After which he spent two years at Boston Medical Center as an Attending Urologist, followed by completing a Pediatrics fellowship at LIJ/Cohen Children’s Medical Center (formerly Schneider Children’s Hospital).  Once his fellowship concluded, Dr. Wiygul moved with his family back to Boston, where he spent five years as an Assistant Professor of Urology and Pediatrics at Tufts University School of Medicine, as well as an Attending Urologist at The Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center. This included a final year and a half as Chief of Pediatric Urology, before moving back to New York and joining Weill Cornell Medicine/New York-Presbyterian Hospital- Queens.   Dr. Wiygul is Board Certified in both Urology and Pediatric Urology, and is a member of the American Urological Association as well as the Society for Pediatric Urology.  He treats the full spectrum of pediatric urologic disorders, with a special interest in complex hypospadias repairs as well as bladder exstrophy, a rare congenital disorder.  He is skilled in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopy and the da Vinci robotic system, in treating a variety of urologic conditions.His research interests include developing surveillance protocols for kidney and bladder conditions. Dr. Wiygul finds the most important service he provides to all patients is treating each little boy or girl he meets like his own three daughters.
