Lowell Shinn, M.D., a medical oncologist and hematologist, is on the staff of Wheeling Hospital’s Schiffler Cancer Center. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Subspecialty of Medical Oncology, Dr. Shinn hold s office hours at Schiffler Cancer Center and the center’s satellite offices in Bellaire, Barnesville, Weirton and New Martinsville. Greg Suero, M.D., board-certified interventional cardiologist, has joined the Cardiac Care Center at Wheeling Hospital. Dr. Suero is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with additional certification in cardiovascular disease; the National Board of Echocardiography; and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. A summa cum laude graduate of the Instituto Technologico de Santo Domingo, Dr. Suero served his residency in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He also completed fellowships at Allegheny General in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular diseases.
David Paxton, M.D., is on the Family Medicine staff at Wheeling Hospital. He earned his biology pre-professional bachelor’s degree from Concord University. He received his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Charleston Area Medical Center.
