Adams & Ryan was formed in 1990 by Sherry Koski who began her career as an executive recruiter in the 1980s and quickly developed a specialty in telecommunications. Today, Adams & Ryan places personnel in fortune 500 companies throughout the telecommunication industry. Our candidates typically are employed and not actively pursuing a career move. However, all are willing to consider a new opportunity if presented properly. All of our candidates are carefully screened and their references checked to insure the highest possible standard of eligibility. Its a process that includes extensive telephone interviews, resume checking, background search, reference checking of at least four professional references and personal interviews. We keep our client base small and precise so that we can work closely with them to build strong, personal relationships.
