We have been in the construction business for over 17 years. Our beginnings were small apartments and office renovations in New York City and New Jersey. We then began to specialized in metal framing and sheet-rocking subcontracts. Customers were so pleased with the way we handled our portion of the contracts as well the good relations we had with other subs that were encouraged to expand our services. Our operations have since moved exclusively to northeastern PA and now include all aspects of General Contracting. The owner, Ziggy, is personally involved with every project. His management staff, crew, and loyal subcontractors make up a great team to service you and all your needs from start to finish. We work with architects an owners to secure permits, manage the project, supervise and coordinate all trades to make sure the scope of work is completed in a timely and professional manner. We provide customers a complete package based on a submitted drawing and scope of work. Our staff is familiar with local codes, ordinances, and inspection requirements. The customers needs are always carefully considered and meet to the best of our ability, our business is largely based on customer referrals and we are pleased with our success since moving the Lehigh Valley.
