Carl had 13 years experience in jig grinding before he and a partner started S & B Jig Grinding on June 1st of 1981. After his partner retired in June of 1994, Carl assumed full ownership and hired an employee to help him with the two machines. Since that time, S & B has expanded its facilities to nine machines with six employees.
