A unique space for children to play and learn the basics of mindfulness with parents during weekday morning classes, vacation programs and monthly groups. The Children's Cooperative offers programs for children that consist of hatha yoga, dharma stories, mindfulness practice as well as games and other outdoor activities. The parent and teacher's education groups encourage a mindful understanding of child development that has been found to be beneficial to early brain development and positive qualities in children.
