The Cage is a full service fitness and MMA training center with more than 14,000 square feet of training space. The Cage offers over 12 different types of classes each week. Classes offered at the Cage include Pilate's, yoga, wrestling, muay Thai, spinning, mixed martial arts, cardio kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The Cage even offers mixed martial arts clsses geared for kids. The Cage offers personalized fitness assessments and will design an individual program geared to get you in the best shape of your life.
Carolyn Philips owner and operator of Fit Behavior located at 2139 Silas Deane Hwy. Carolyn has been in business since 1989 specializing in weight loss, strength training, senior fitness, pre/post-natal. Group classes as well as one-on-one personal training available. Classes in Zumba, boot camp, cardio and weight training are offered. All instructors are certified personal trainers with college degrees in the field.
Andy Harvey's Academy of Gymnastics is located at 15 Glastonbury Avenue and is part of the USA Gyms network. The gymnastics studio has been in business since 1985. Andy and his certified, tranined staff provide preschool gym, general gymnastics and womens' artistic classes, as well as competitive programs.
