Hometown Fitness is a gym located in a strip mall set back from the road off Route 59 (south of Renwick Road) in Plainfield. Memberships are month-to-month with no contracts to sign and no cancellation fees. The gym offers personal trainers and a nutritionist on site. There is a dance studio, circuit machines, free weights, stair steppers, treadmills and elliptical machines. There is a kids' play room, a fruit smoothie bar, lockers with showers and an underground parking garage with a free lot.
New members get a free one-hour fitness assessment and a thirty-minute session with a nutritionist. The gym offers a variety of weight-loss programs.
