Established in 1992, Facilities Management Services, formerly known as JANCON, service more than 8 million square feet of space every day in Kentucky and Indiana. It offers contract cleaning, floor maintenance, periodic buffing, scrubbing, recoating, propane burnishing and postconstruction clean up services. The company serves various banks, educational facilities, government agencies, museums, and health and fitness centers. It also provides power washing, wood floor restoration, carpet cleaning and mowing services. Facilities Management Services works in partnership with the International Facility Management Association, Building Service Contractors Association International, and Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. It employs a work force of more than 300 people.
