The Stand is a health food store and restaurant that serves fresh, organic produce (shipped daily). It sells organic foods, vitamins and supplements, and it also offers soups and sandwiches made-to-order. The open-air courtyard provides a lovely setting to enjoy a meal.
The Art of Fitness & Spa is Laguna Beach's only gym that is linked to a full-service spa. This fitness and spa facility is located on S. Coast Highway and offers a variety of classes and services. Classes include cycling, spinning, zumba, yoga, and pilates among others. The Brazilian Booty program is incredibly popular because it gets participants the results they've been looking for. Spa services include massage, skincare, yoga and pilates. Spa membership is only $69 a month. Private parties can be scheduled. Group and private yoga and pilates sessions are available.
