Established in 1984, L.A. Fitness International LLC is a health club. Based in Wellington, Fla., the center offers a variety of classes in aerobic basics, aqua fit, belly dancing, body works plus abs, boot camp conditioning and cardio jam. It also organizes club boxing, hip hop, kickbox cardio, sunrise yoga, YOGABEAT, tai chi and striding. The health club is a recipient of various awards, such as Best Health Club, Best Fitness Center, Best Mid-Range Gyms in Chicago, Best Kids area, Best Health Club LA Fitness, Talk of the Town 2008 and Best Overall Fitness Center.
