Lukoil Americas Holdings, located in East Meadow, N.J., is the parent company for Lukoil Americas Corporation, the United States arm of Lukoil. Lukoil is a vertically integrated oil company based in Russia. The company has more than 4,700 gasoline stations throughout the world and more than 2,000 outlets in 13 states in the United States. Lukoil Americas, through its subsidiary Getty Petroleum Marketing, has two brands: Lukoil and Getty. It has also acquired a number of ConocoPhillips gasoline stations in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
