ML Macadamia Orchards is the worlds largest grower of macadamia nuts, owning or leasing more than 4,000 acres of macadamia orchards on the island of Hawaii. All of the macadamia nuts it harvests are sold exclusively to Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Corporation, a privately owned company that processes and markets the macadamia nuts and macadamia nut products under the Mauna Loa brand name. The company had revenues of more than $17 million in 2005 and produced almost 22 million pounds of macadamia nuts. ML Macadamia Orchards is a publicly traded limited partnership, trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NUT. Its headquarters is in Hilo, Hawaii.
