I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with therapy and counseling experience ranges from helping families and marriages in crisis or to improve their relationship, to individual and couples counseling, running group sessions, and helping young people make the transition into adulthood. I have a passion for helping those who want to reach their goals in a non-judgmental environment - to heal from eating disorders, substance abuse, childhood neglect, and trauma, or to manage depression, anxiety, or adult ADD/ADHD and the impact on their lives.

Licensed Marriage & Family TherapyI help individuals identify how they are feeling, what unmet needs they may have, and what thinking patterns are preventing them from finding creative solutions to the stresses they face. My orientation is broadly Humanistic. I have training in a wide variety of Cognitive Therapy approaches. I tailor my approach to fit the style and goals of whoever I am counseling.I help couples learn to communicate effectively with one another. My assistance can help resolve conflicts and restore intimacy. Instead of frustrating each other, I help couples become strong sources of love and support for one another.I also help families communicate and resolve conflicts. I assist parents in developing positive and effective parenting skills. And I help adolescents begin to articulate their needs more clearly and better consider how they can contribute to their family and their own future.
