Hidden in the residential area of Windsor Pl in Park Slope, Yees Hung-Ga Kung Fu Academy offers private lessons and group classes for children and adults. The Kung Fu and Tai Chi Academy is taught by Tzyann Hsu, who began her training at 16-years-old. Born in Taiwan, she moved to New York and has been teaching Tai Chi in Park Slope for over 15 years. The Academy is affiliated with Yee's Hung Ga International Kung Fu Association.

Training is geared to the individual and students are evaluated to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Every Saturday, from May through October, morning practice meets in Prospect Park, weather permitting. The Academy allows students to take a trial class for $25 or observe a class free of charge.
