DJ's specializes in party catering, pig roasting and deer processing. It offers a variety of wild game as well as traditional meats. All game is expertly cleaned, butchered, packaged, labeled and frozen. It also specializes in capping (skinning of the animal for taxidermy). For parties and events, it offers food and equipment rentals. The pig roaster is a favorite item and slush machines, popcorn machines, hot dog machines and more are available as well. It is fully licensed and frequently inspected and has received a number of awards from the Michigan Meat Association and the Michigan State Fair.
