Howard Fensterman is the managing partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP. He is involved in all facets of the law firms practice, including health care law (Malpractice and OPMC/OPD legal defense), corporate representation, partnerships, LLCs and LLPs, as well as other business practices in connection with litigation, settlement negotiations and purchase and sale of businesses.
