Dr. Popkow graduated from the esteemed University of California San Francisco School of Medicine in 1986 and became board certified in family medicine in 1989. A respected medical professional, Dr. Popkow serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the world-renowned USC Keck School of Medicine. During his career, Dr. Popkow has treated thousands of patients with multiple laser-based technology systems to target tattoo removal, hair removal, skin lesions, and acne scars. Furthermore, he has instructed many physicians on those techniques at his medical office. Dr. Popkow’s primary goal in treating patients is to promote and maintain the health of an individual and prevent disease.
