This Takoma Park mainstay has been selling a full spectrum of instruments from around the world since 1972. Here you'll find everything from guitars and banjos to harmoniums, dulcimers and African drums.
The new location is in a converted two-story home, which once hosted a recording session by Mary Chapin Carpenter. The retail space is airy and inviting. In addition to offering an eclectic array of instruments, you'll find CDs by local artists, sheet music, books and recording and sound equipment.
Additional services include music lessons, instrument rental and repair and mail order/delivery.
