Dr. Hall McGee is a specialist in the medical and surgical treatment of the cornea and external eye, including laser refractive surgery. He has been practicing at Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association in over 4 different offices. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Richmond, he moved to the University of Virginia to complete his MD as well as a master’s degree in health evaluation sciences. While at the University of Virginia, he was elected to membership in the AOA Medical Honor Society. He then traveled to Portland, Oregon to train at the prestigious Casey Eye Institute for both his ophthalmology residency and his fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery. During his time at Casey he won several awards, including Resident of the Year and Fellow of the Year. Dr. McGee has research interests in cost-effectiveness and decision analysis, including the safety of LASIK versus long-term contact lens wear. He brings significant clinical experience in traditional full-thickness cornea transplantation, as well as advanced partial-thickness techniques, such as endothelial (DSAEK) and anterior lamellar transplatation. Dr. McGee also performs small incision cataract surgery and is available for general eye care and consultation.

Dr. Chang joined Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association in 1996. After receiving his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine/Wake Forest University in North Carolina, he completed an internship at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. This was followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh and a fellowship in glaucoma/anterior segment at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. Dr. Changs anterior segment training allows him to perform complicated procedures involving cataracts and cataracts combined with glaucoma. He also specializes in Toric (astigmatism correction) and Multifocal implants with sutureless small incision surgery. In addition to specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma, Dr. Chang has completed research in the areas of antimetabolite use in glaucoma, drainage implants, combined glaucoma/cataract surgery and optic nerve blood flow in low tension glaucoma. Dr. Chang routinely performs SLT lasers and is certified for ECP (endocyclophotocoagulation) and trabectome procedures. Dr. Chang is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

Dr. Pinchas Rosenberg specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases. He has been practicing at Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association since 2007 in over 5 different offices in Southwestern PA. Particular areas of interest include Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal vein occlusions, and Retinal Detachment. He co-authored the chapter on diabetic retinopathy in the authoritative "Netters Textbook of Internal Medicine, 2nd edition". After receiving his medical degree in 2001 from Northwestern University in Chicago, he completed an internship at the Alton Oshsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. This was followed by a residency in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University/Ochsner and a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at the University of North Carolina in 2007. Dr. Rosenberg was a concert violinist and performed extensively prior to beginning medical school in 1997. He credits his musical training for the exacting standards and rigor he applies to his medical and surgical practice. He also prides himself on caring for patients with empathy and taking the time necessary for each patient. Dr. Rosenberg utilizes 23 gage/small incision vitrectomy surgery and brings extensive experience in complex retinal detachment repair. He sees patients in multiple offices providing a wide range of retinal services including complete evaluations of diabetic retinopathy, retinovascular and macular diseases. Fluorescein angiography and high-resolution OCT is available as an office procedure. Laser and surgical treatment of a variety of retinal conditions are also offered by Dr. Rosenberg.
