Established 12 years ago, A Step Ahead Dance Studio is one of the largest performing arts facilities in the metro Atlanta area. The school offers classes in a variety of disciplines, including ballet, tap, jazz, tumbling, modern, hip-hop, lyrical ballet, pointe, children's dance and musical theater. In addition to dance classes, ASA also offers voice, piano, guitar and woodwind instrument instruction. 

A Step Ahead operates under the instructional philosophy of creating a supportive environment to empower people of all ages to enjoy the performing arts. The studio is located next to the Suki Restaurant in the Sizemore Plaza shopping center at the intersection of Athens Highway and Brand Road. See the studio's website for a class schedule.

The Pennsylvania Dance Institute offers dance classes to children and adults, helping them develop strength, poise and a greater sense of body and movement. Classes in classical ballet, hip-hop, jazz, tap and modern dance are offered, as are basic dance classes for toddlers and young children. The staff consists of professional dancers and choreographers so students get a solid foundation in dance. Performance opportunities alongside staff members with Dance Del Bello, a non-profit performing arts company in residence at the institute are available, though not mandatory. 

The Prana Center offers yoga classes for children, teens and adults, as well as acting, music and dance classes for children and teens. Classes are offered both on- and off-site and are conducted both as group and private lessons.
