Intermountain Spine and Orthopaedics is a leading orthopaedic medical practice located in Twin Falls and Southeast Idaho. The physicians and staff provide a variety of services and care for patients including arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, minimally invasive spine surgeries, spinal fusion, care for sports injuries, and more. The philosophy of care at Intermountain Spine and Orthopaedics is to help patients live pain-free and active lives through thorough and compassionate care that is customized to meet the specific needs of each individual. Dr. David Christensen is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon practicing at Intermountain Spine and Orthopaedics. He earned his medical doctorate at the University of Washington in Seattle after completing his undergraduate studies at Ricks College in Rexburg, ID, and Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. Dr. Christensen served his internships in general surgery and then completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Cleveland before completing a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Christensen is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Idaho Medical Association, the North American Spine Society, and more. Dr. Christensen and his colleagues look forward to meeting new patients at Intermountain Spine and Orthopaedics. Most major forms of insurance are accepted.
