Duende Pictures - ProductionDuende Pictures is a New York-based production company founded in 1989 by Jordi Torrent. We have produced numerous feature films, documentaries, and television programs. Some of our projects include: The Golden Boat,, DownUnder,,,,, and Asesinado por el Cielo. Currently we are in post- production on the documentary Mississippi to Madrid ( Aint Ethiopia But Itll Do ) and developing the feature film Beatus. Jordi Torrents feature film East on the Compass, premiered at the 2005 Sitges International Film Festival and was selected for the 2006 Film Society of Lincoln Centers program Another Spanish Cinema: Film in Catalunya, 1906-2006.
